Law regarding bloggers

''We will not rest until every citizen understands the law and 'all defenses and objections not entered are deemed waived' is tattooed across every person's forehead!''

BLOGGERS

If you read the following news stories and decisions, you may well come to the same opinion I have: courts are saying that "regular citizen" bloggers have all the same 1st Amendment free-speech protections that so-called professionally trained "journalists" who work for the institutionalized establishment media do. Besides reading the cases for yourself, I would suggest that interested persons click on the internal links contained in the cases cited. That's how you educate yourself!
